Cancun Trip 2009

Erley and I went to Cancun for our seventh anniversary in June. This was given to us from my parents as a xmas present. We had an awesome time. Five days without any kids...just adult time laying on the beach (my absolute favorite thing to do). Erley was beached out by the time the fifth time came but I could seriously live there if I had my girls with me. :) We did this on our anniversary day

Zoo Trip 2009

This is our annual summer trip to the zoo. The kids had a great time. We went with Melissa, Koy, Kim (Kirby's sister) and her two kids. Me and my two girls

Reagan's Fourth Birthday Weekend!!!

So this weekend was very eventful!!!! It was Reagan's fourth birthday party. We pretty much celebrated all weekend. Saturday we had her princess tea party with her cousins and friends. WE could only have eight kids at the party so we were limited to who we could invite but she didn't care. She had an absolute blast and it was right up her alley!!! They got to have a tea party, play dress up, have a make-up session and last but certainly not least have a parade!!! It was well worth the drive over there and the money to see her so happy. She kept saying, "This is the best day ever. This is the best birthday party I have ever had!!"

Sunday (her actual birthday) we met everyone for lunch at Babe's and they made her dress up like a chicken and they sang "Happy Birthday" to her. She enjoyed that too. Anything that draws attention to her. I would say the only down side of the entire weekend was when she started screaming, "HOLY CRAP" when she was opening her gifts. That was absolutely embarrassing and we had a LONG talk after the party!!! I think she got the message that that was a NO NO. We definitely will not be watching Sponge Bob or Hannah Montana anymore since I was told that they say that on there shows.

Wendy (their daycare person) bought these for all of the kids at her house. It was so funny!! Her daughter, Grace, wore hers to school and Wendy said they let her keep it on all day. Kenzie would put it on and make a pig noise and just laugh, laugh, laugh!!! :)

Girl's Night Out!!!

Well we finally had time to get together for another GIRL'S NIGHT!! We had soooooo much fun!! We went to Button's to eat and had a couple of cocktails. The food there is absolutely amazing and then we ended up at Baker's Street to watch the game but somehow we ended up dancing the entire night!! LOL!!! We definitely had a blast as usual when all of us get together. Shreveport, watch out because the Ram's are on their way!!!

Happy Easter....Well, not for Kenzie!!! :)

This picture makes me laugh everytime. So anyone that knows Miss Reagan and Miss Kenzie knows that they are night and day (literally). Anyway, Kenzie absolutely HATES Sunday mornings because she has to put her dress on. She screams bloody murder and says, "No, Mommy...itchy, itchy." Then for the rest of the morning she will be on the couch with a pouty face and won't talk to me.

Well of course, this weekend was Easter. As soon as she saw the dress, she started screaming. I told her that she was beautiful and she looked me dead in the face and screamed, "I NOT BEAUTIFUL MOMMY, I ITCHY!!!" I tried so hard to get her to smile for pictures but as you can see NO LUCK. Oh well, it will be cute to show her when she grows up. Melissa thinks I should give up and not force it on her. How many of you think that is going to happen? EXACTLY!!!

And of course, Reagan LOVES it!!! She will twirl and talk about how pretty she is all day long. Notice the eyeshadow she just had to have. This morning she was still asking me if her makeup was on her face.
