Ashley's baby shower

We went to Abiline this weekend for Ashley's baby shower. We had a great time!! Katlyn is so cute and tiny. She loves high heels like me and Ashley says she calls them "Rhonda shoes". I took my shoes off after the shower and the next thing I know she has them on walking around. It was very cute. We can't wait to see the new addition!! Now they just need to decide on a name. :)

Summer Trip to McAllen/South Padre

We took our annual summer trip to Mom and Dad's in Mc Allen. We stayed for 10 days and had a blast. Mom rented a hotel for three days at South Padre and we spent all day on the beach relaxing and playing. Of course, Miss Reagan (dare devil) decided that she wanted to go out as far as she possibly could. Of course she doesn't understand that the ocean is not a swimming pool. Mom and I took her out to the first sand bar but no further. She loved it.

The girls well check visits

We went to see Dr. Mercer for their 2 year old and 4 year old well check visits. It was not the best visit. Reagan had to get FOUR shots and we had to have THREE nurses hold her down. It was rediculous. Kenzie was so scared that she ran out of the room and another nurse had to chase her down to bring her back.

Good news is that they are growing like weeds. Kenzie has grown 6 and a half inches in 6 months and gained a whopping ten pounds. Not that you can tell...Miss Skinny Winny. She is in the 130 percentile for her heighth. Reagan still is in the 100 percentile for her heighth. They both are huge as everyone knows.

Dr. Mercer did a double take when he looked at Buttons info and said "Your daughters are ENORMOUS!!" I just laughed and said yes we are hoping they will be basketball players. Now if I could just get this boy that we want. Maybe he would be around 6'7!!! :)

This is after we left our hair appointment. I get their hair trimmed every four months and Reagan has to have her hair straightened and Kenzie gets something cute done to hers too. Do you think they are a little sassy?

Keith Urban Concert

Me, Melissa, Linz, Sarah and Christy went to the Keith Urban concert in July. We had a great time. It was the best concert that we have ever been to. Of course Christy had her camera and got amazing pictures. At one point he came really close to us and we got great pictures of him. The only way it would have been any better is if Nicole Kidman would of been there too. Sarah, Linz, Melissa and myself.

Cancun Trip 2009

Erley and I went to Cancun for our seventh anniversary in June. This was given to us from my parents as a xmas present. We had an awesome time. Five days without any kids...just adult time laying on the beach (my absolute favorite thing to do). Erley was beached out by the time the fifth time came but I could seriously live there if I had my girls with me. :) We did this on our anniversary day
